How Line manager should be able to assign a direct report of their team member only.

Summary:

We created one custom role of line manager and set the person security profile to manager hierarchy still when we are trying to add reportees from manager’s login under one of the team member, system is letting manager select any employee name which is not the part of their team also. In Direct Report they should be able to assign a direct report of their team member within their team only.
