Issue with Month-wise Active Headcount Count in Workforce Real time Trend Subject Area - OTBI Report

Hello All,

I am working on a report using the Workforce Trend - Real Time subject area in OTBI. The requirement is to show month-wise new joiners, attrition, and total active employee count(Attached the Screenshot of requirement)

For the month dimension, I am using Time.Month.

For active headcount, I am using Assignment Count.

The issue I am facing is that the active count is not coming correctly month-wise. For months wise, the data is missing or not aligning properly with the headcount trend .

 

My questions:

1. How can we achieve the correct month-wise active count using this subject area?
