Overlap Allowed and Budget Position for existing position fields show as On/Off instead of Yes/No

in Human Capital Management

Summary: Redwood Position screen - Overlap Allowed and Budget Position for existing position fields show as On/Off when in VBS correctly show as Yes/No?

Currently (in Responsive UI Screens) Overlap Allowed and Budget Position for existing position button on position screen show as On/Off and also in Redwood VBS these fields are displayed as Yes/No when a position is created (under Request a New Position) but in the Redwood Position screen they are displayed as On/Off

This is confusing for user (on/of not a logical response for this) and have been asked for this to be changed back to how it currently shows in Responsive UI screens and how the field is populated in Redwood Request a New Position when originally created. Can any one tell me how to resolve this or if there is a fix being worked to resolve this?
