Run Pipeline is successful however changes are not moved to PROD

Please see the log.

We have run the pipeline from our TEST to PROD. It was successful but changes were not moved to PROD.

There is no way to find out which Rules or changes were moved to PROD neither in TEST nor in PROD.

My colleagues followed the same processes and their changes were migrated to PROD so that means our config is correct.
