Bulk Picking for Serial Controlled Items – Is there a way to perform this?

Summary:

We have a business scenario where one of our Subinventories is managed by a 3rd party. For serial-controlled items, they perform the picking activity at their end and then share the picked serial numbers with us in an Excel sheet. The volume of Serial numbers is around 1000, so it is not possible manually through RF device.

Is there any way in Oracle WMS to perform bulk picking for serial-controlled items instead of manually entering each serial number one by one?
