Change Manager Validation Rule not working

Summary:

We would like to set up a validation rule on the Change Manager flow.

We want to restrict the ability for certain users to be able to add/change the manager records when the proposed manager type is ‘Business Line Manager’

We want all users to be able to add/update all other manager types like the seeded Oracle ‘Line Manager’

I have tried to solution this by creating validation rules on the ‘manager’ page within VBS to return an error.

There were various ‘manager type’ fields to select from so I have selected them all, I haven’t included the condition on the users role at this point (as I wanted to prove that I can get the page to error for all users)
