Using PPM to EPM metadata integration, why are only capital projects coming through?

Summary:

I have set up the integration between ERP Projects and EPM Projects using the oracle docs method: Integrating EPM Planning Projects and Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Management (Project Management). Ran the metadata load and it succeeded with no warnings. However I am only seeing capital projects and not revenue or grant projects in the workbench?
