Why can't I see any Business Unit in Create Terms Template?

in Enterprise Contracts

Hi,

I was able to see all the expected Business Units in the 'Manage Contract Templates' page, but I was not able to find any Business Unit in 'Create Terms Template'.

Is there any privilege missing in order to access BU in Terms Template?
