'Work Requirements' Details in Contents in Add Using Best Fit button not working

Summary:

In the succession plan page, when i hit the 'add using best-fit' button, the content shows. In that content, there are details for each one, but 'Work Requirements' does not have any details available. When I look at the profile for the job code, there is no option for the 'work requirements'. Also, when i look at the model profile for 'job', there is not option for 'work requirements'. So, I believe the 'Working Requirements' content on the 'add using best-fit' button's page is not correctly linked back to the profile.
