Project-specific pegging help needed

Summary:

We use unconstrained supply planning with measure context set to Project.

All sales order lines collected into planning have Project and task reference.

When it comes to netting rule, we have very specific needs.

If the sales order line is for an item that is SAASM (Selective availability anti-spoofing module) item or for an item that includes SAASM item as component in its item structure, then we do want to follow the full Project driven supply chain planning logic and it is working fine,

i.e. peg to the project specific supplies if available if not available then peg to the common supplies and if common supplies also not available then any supplies with blank project and task, if that's also not available then generate planned orders with project and task reference that matches to the project and task on sales order line.
