Audit trail for Refnum and Remark - Deletion only

There is no solution in any of the help topics regarding the below query

"Need audit trail for only refnum delete for Order_release refnum, Shipment refnum, order release line refnum

In Audit control, we only see the Order/Shipment level + related tables, we don't want to enable all tables and all process, we only want to enable delete related audit for all refnum and remark table."

We want to trigger data from OTM to another DB, whenever release or refnum is deleted and captured in audit trail table.
