Show Comments & Attachments section in the Hire an Employee transaction

Hi

we have enabled Redwood for the action Hire an Employee. We are making all changes to bring the configurations back how they were before. From Visual Builder we have made the Comment & Attachment section visible and mandatory but the change is not applied.

Is there something we're doing wrong or is there some additional action we need to take to make the section visible?
