Cells marked as Read only visible as editable in data form

Hi,

We have used base level POV in one of the data form and marked that row as read only, but still that cell is visible as editable white cell. We tried to input data in the cell and save it, but it is not saving the data.

Please suggest what could be the potential reason for the same.
