Accounting event not happening for 25C new feature

Summary:

We're exploring 25C new feature of transferring asset between books.

Example: Asset transfer from book A to book B. While accounting, Create accounting doesn't work for book A. WE could see expected entries for book A (including inter company segment). Any suggestions to fix it.
