Following Data Masking in SCP Cloud, what do I need to do?

Summary: I recently provisioned a new dev instance, and cloned from prod with data masking enabled. I referred to Doc ID 2342229.1, which I understood to be required steps after data masking, but I have no idea what to use for parameters, and I wonder whether this work is actually needed.
