Is it possible to enable additional date field while Hiring

Summary:

Hi all,

Our organization wants to enable additional date field named as "Joining Date" during hiring Process , which must be shown in "Person Management" screen as well.

Reason : The date on which the employees (some) join in our org and the date from when the payroll and other benefits are active will be different.

"Effective date" is used to capture the exact date of effective Hiring date and joning date is used to capture the exact joining date for reporting purpose.

Unable to achieve using HCM Design Studio.

Can someone help me on this?
