How to customize the Change Order FYI Workflow Notification BI Publisher

Summary:

1)Trying to change "Workflow Notifications Report" under /shared/Supply Chain Management/Workflow Notifications/Product Management, but its seeded, so can not directly change it.2)Copied this template to /shared/Custom/Supply Chain Management/Workflow Notifications/Product Management, able to update it, added "CO Intruction URL" filed, run it and able to see the same in the report.3) Created the Profile Option BIP_CLIENT_REFRESH_TIME and set the value to 15 as mentioned in the below documentation for testing4)Also noticed Original template report showed the updated content.
