Multiple WHT tax in single invoice line.

Hi Team,

 As per business they have un-registered foreign vendor invoices where WHT taxes will be applied. Now the scenario here is when such vendor invoices created in oracle it has a life of 3 months with one WHT tax applied on the same. But after three-month if user still continue to take services of the same vendor, then one more WHT tax will be applied on the same invoice. First WHT was already applied on the invoice at the time of creation and validation and top of it a new WHT will be applied after three months.
