Oracle Product Information Management License for Huge Volume of Data

Dear Team,

We are in the process of finalizing the data conversion activities and figured out that we need to load some 19 Million Items in Oracle.

We are chunking the batch with 50,000 records per FBDI file. we do not have PIM License as part of our fusion subscription.

For processing the files in parallel, do we see any limitation? Oracle allows processing the Load Interface Files for Import and Import Items processes in parallel or it has to be sequential (one file after another)? Does PIM license help us in any form considering the huge volume?
