Approval Rule for Line Manager from My Team/My Client Group

If user ABCD is in 'HRPC/Payroll team' and a 'Line Manager', when this user terminate one of their team(from my team) this should go to HRPC Team to approve,
and when this user (employee ABCD) terminate any users from my Client Group not their team members it should auto Approve.

i.e Approval rule for Line Manager and the Line manager is from (HR Team)
Terminate their own Team members - Go to Approval
Terminate from My Client Group(any employee) - Auto Approve

Could you please let me know if this is achievable?
