Need ability to customise the Redwood Pages in HCM

Description (Required):

The HCM Extension doesn't utilise most of the VB abilities and features, such as Dynamic Containers and Fragments, Service Connections, Components, Action chains, Events, Event Listeners, on most pages. We might need the ability to add pages to a flow and edit the flow within a UI.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Opportunity Marketplace - It would be great if there were a landing page with different tiles for various job families, and once you select one of the tiles, you can actually redirect the user to the search page with filters applied accordingly.
