Ethnicities are not defined for some countries by default

Hi Team,

We would like to understand why ethnicities are not defined by default in Oracle Fusion HCM for the following countries. This is in reference to a requirement from our client, who wishes to include ethnicity tracking for these regions.

Could you please clarify the rationale behind the absence of predefined ethnicity values for these countries in Oracle Fusion HCM?

Additionally, we would appreciate guidance on how we can collect appropriate ethnicity data for these countries. If there are any recommended sources, standards, or best practices for defining ethnicity categories per country, please share those as well.
