How to identify the details of the sales order holds from shipping lines

Summary:

We currently have a few Order Management Holds that are showing up as shipping exceptions in the Shipment tab. However Shipping department cannot validate which hold is applied on the line from shipping exceptions. Is there way to check this.

Either the Shipment Name, Description or Comments donot give much info about the hold
