Auto create delivery for subinventory not working (25 C)

Summary:

As per the 25 C readiness document, if we enable auto delivery at Subinventory level, the Delivery workflow should get triggered instead of Putaway workflow.

We are seeing a different behavior here. While creating the receipt via Mobile inventory, the system asks for "Printing Delivery Label" and the receipt is submitted.

But instead of proceeding to the page where printer can be selected for Delivery label, the system shows that Receipt is created and returns to homepage for Receiving. The receipt line shows as pending putaway and does not appear under open/ pending Deliveries.

I've also setup a Inventory zone, enabled it for receipt delivery and also assigned a default cart to the zone. Still the result seems to be the same.
