Performance Document Acknowledgement Task Status and Completion Date

Summary:

We're using the Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management > Performance Management performance document to manage and document performance improvement plans (PIPs) and with the latest 25C release, the Acknowledge button is not responding. Our team advises that a fix should be implemented on or around 10/10/25. However, we would like to monitor team members who are put on PIPs until then so we can ensure they complete the acknowledgement task after the fix is applied.

When trying to create an OTBI report, I'm attempting to locate the task status and completion date for the employee acknowledgement of the performance document task. In previous OCCC posts, it doesn't look like this information was previously exposed to customers.
