Privilege to get item attribute group values assigned to a item when using Custom job role

We are calling the Oracle Cloud API to retrieve Item Attribute Group values via a GET call to the following endpoint

The API works as expected for users assigned standard roles (e.g., "Product Manager") and returns the appropriate data. However, when making the same call for users assigned "ABCZ Custom Profile Job role", the API returns no values.

What is the exact privilege to get item attribute group values assigned to a item.
