How to pass person name to BIP report for document record

Summary:

When user submit the details for Employment Type document. It calls the report which is mentioned in Document Type configuration. Created a data model which pulls person details required for user defined template. How to pass the Person Number from frontend, who is submitting the Document Record request to that data modal, so that only that person details will be printed on the user defined template of that document ?
