Create a new custom role with Copy Configuration

Summary:

We are looking to create a new custom role for admin tasks such as "Copy Configurations". The Copy Configurations function is available under the seeded job role "Application Implementation Consultant" . When I was trying to create a new custom role, I added the privilege "Copy Configuration" and "Configure Supplier Registration" in check if it will allow me to copy supplier registration configurations .

However when I log in to a test user which has this new custom role with "Copy Configuration" and "Configure Supplier Registration" privileges and I click on "Copy Configuration" , I see a blank page.

Any idea how I can make the function of Copy Configuration available under the new custom role? What privileges and/or roles I need to add?
