Pending Worker | Not able to add the place of birth in Biographical Info

Hi Team
I'm writing you because actually, after release 25C, the Pending Worker is not able to add the Place of birth in application task anymore (just date of birth).

Pending Worker has all correct privileges to view and edit the information in "Personal Details" section:

Any suggestion to make the Pending Worker able to add place of birth again?
