How to allow Line Managers to view employee photos, personal details, and contact information?

We created a custom Line Manager role and would like managers to be able to view their team members’ photos, personal details, and contact information in My Team, but not modify them.

Currently, the privileges we found are:

• Manage Person Image by HR
• Access Person Contact Information by HR
• Access Personal Details by HR

All of these seem designed for HR roles, and they provide broader access than we want.

Has anyone found a way to grant view-only access for Line Managers to see employee photos, personal information, and contact details, without edit permissions?
