Revoke access immediately upon termination submission in HCM, regardless of approval.

Summary:

Hi all,

The need is to revoke access immediately on submission of the termination from all systems; HCM and others which get the termination feed from HCM (ADP, Concur etc) irrespective of whether it is approved or not. The employee should not have access to HCM at all as soon as the termination is submitted.

Could someone please let me know if anyone has worked on a similar requirement or could you please guide me on how this might be achieved through Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or any other approach.
