Customer FBDI Import(19 tables)

Summary:

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding the Customer FBDI Import (19 tables) for Customer Profile.If I want to import both the Profile at the Account level and the Site level, is this possible?

I populated the following four fields in RA_CUSTOMER_PROFILES_INT_ALL, but only the Site-level profile was created. I need both the Account and Site-level profiles to be created:

  • Customer Account Source System
  • Customer Account Source System Reference
  • Account Site Source System
  • Account Site Source System Reference
