We have a requirement to create a BI Report with an After Data Event trigger. The business need is: whenever a new employee is created in the system, we need to send an email to the People Ops team.

Could you please guide me on how to implement this event trigger in Oracle Fusion BI Publisher? If direct event triggers are not supported in the cloud environment, kindly suggest any alternative approaches (e.g., bursting, alerts, or scheduled processes) that can achieve the same outcome.
