Send an email with attachment with the Microsoft OIC Adapter

Summary:

I need to send an email with an attachment with the Microsoft OIC Adapter.

Any advice or examples you can share? It is not very obvious to me

the order of the steps and mapping between creating an email and creating attaching the attachment.

I thought you would just invoke "Send a new message" and then invoke "Create a file attachment", but the

mapping is not obvious between these, I think I'm missing a step
