Print Min Max performance issue

We are facing a significant performance issue with the Print Min-Max process in Oracle.

  • Earlier behavior: ~6 months ago, the program used to complete in ~10 minutes.
  • Current behavior: For the past few months, it has been taking more than 1 hour.
  • Volume/config: There hasn’t been a major increase in item count or any configuration changes.
  • Workaround tried: Increased the timeout parameter as per Oracle recommendation (Doc ID 2446123.1). We set it to 2 hours, it worked for a few months, but now the process is exceeding this limit and getting into error
  • Current Status: The Print Min max program is completing in error. I have created a parallel Oracle SR for this.
