Unable to Add Value for Provider ID in MSS Contact Info Page – Order of Preference Section
Summary:
We are experiencing an issue on the MSS (Manager Self Service) Contact Info page under the Order of Preference section. When attempting to add or edit an entry for communication methods (e.g., Slack, Twitter, Zoom), the Provider ID value field is either not editable or does not allow selection/input of any values. As it shows a drop down field, which is also mandatory. Please suggest on this, thanks in advance.
