Active learners not showing up in assigned courses

Hello Everyone, has anyone encountered an issue where the learners are not reflecting at the learning assignment and offering level? They are thinking it might be due to the removal of the two jobs “Evaluate Person IDs for Assignment Rule” and the replacement with “Process Learning Record.”

When I tried to manually add a learner, it reflected correctly. Do we need to set up something in the offering so that the learners will be properly assigned to it?
