Asset book: Datasecurities Rest Api Uses Different Securitycontextvalue for Post and Get

KB141440 (Doc ID 2777833.1) show the solution as below but can someone guide me on implement this solution?

I tried to follow https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/financials/25c/fajvi/create-and-edit-lookups.html but It has too many fields that the only one that I see is lookup_type… I would really appreciate if someone can help with this.

To resolve this issue:

 Please create a lookup with the following values:
  
 lookup_type - FUN_DS_OPTIN_OPTIONS
 lookup_code - FUN_DS_GET_BOOKCODE

1) Step1: Navigate to Manage Standard Lookups task in Setup and Maintenance

Create :
 lookup_type - FUN_DS_OPTIN_OPTIONS
