Can I inactive an item at orginization level to provent transactions to spesific orginizations?

Hello,

Is there a backend setting that allows item status to be updated in an orginization level? Currently we can only inactive an item at the Item Master level, which will result in inactivating an item at all orginizations. We need to inactivate store A and keep store B active. We are unable to find a setting under Manage Item Statuses that allows this process. We are also unable to delete the item assosiations due to exsisting inventory transactions. Thanks in advance.
