Unable to change Operation sequence using Work Definition Import through FBDI

Summary:

I am loading an FBDI file to change the Operation sequence on work definitions.

The first process - Load Interface File for Import - has completed successfully.

The 2nd process - Import Work Definitions - completes with a successful status too. BUT when we check the log file, its showing that the work definitions are "with error" & hence not imported. But no error is specified like it usually is for other FBDI's….!

Additionally, when I check into the WIE_INT_BATCHES_B table, there is no record for this upload.

So, what could be the issue & how to rectify it?
