Time Card displays as Day by Day blocks rather than a Weekly Grid

I have an employee whose time card appears as a day by day grid when she logs in and looks at it. I've confirmed that she belongs to the correct HCM group. And I've confirmed that the time card layout associated with her group is the correct one.

But as you can see from this screenshot, her time card is a day by day block kind of look:

However, when I log in as me, and I look at her time card for that same week, I see a completely different layout:
