Unable to add resource teams to a HR help desk queue

Summary:

Hi All,

We are implementing HR Help Desk with redwood experience for our client. Now when we are trying to add the resource teams to the HR Help desk queues, we are not able to do so. We can add the resources individually to the queue but when we try to add resource teams this doesn't show up.

Has someone else faced the same issue??
