Self paced learning

Hi all,

By using Self-Paced Learning, the learning specialist can create courses with the related content on a single page, instead of using the Course and Offering tasks. This works for courses with a single piece of content; in the case of multiple contents, the specialist will still need to use the old Course and Offering tasks
