Manager alerts in Observation Checklist feature

Following up on the feature "Add an Observation Checklist to Your Oracle Learning Content Resources," I wanted to ask if it would be possible to disable the notification that the manager receives to approve or reject the employee's skills gap.
Could you help me with this or provide more information?
