Unable to add customer team members to Project

Summary:

Under the "Parties" tab in Manage Financial Project settings, I am trying to add a project customer. I am able to add the customer to the project but when attempting to add the Customer Team Members, the search returns no values. Is there a configuration that we're missing to setup customer team members? Screenshot below.
