Item Inventory Organization combination not found

Summary:

We are facing issue in our Fusion SaaS environment where some Item-Inventory organization combination not found in egp_system_items_b table which were already assigned to inventory orgs. It was working fine in lower instance, however the higher instance which has converted data getting affected for some item-org combinations.
