25C Products Create Edit Page Redwood/VBCS Customization and Fields Missing or Reverted

Since the 25C Quarterly update, all custom fields on our Redwood VBCS Products Edit/Create Page are missing and appear to have been reset to default.

25B: Original customisation

25C: All customisation missing

The custom fields configuration are still available in the classic pages, only the VBCS Redwood Pages have been reverted.

Why have these pages been reset, how to do fix and how do ensure that our custom pages are safeguarded during a quarterly patch?
