EPM route mail notifications through webservice

Hello,

Our IT team is building a portal they need any notification mail that comes out from EDMCS (Requests .. etc) to be routed also through the portal where they be able to manage if the tasks are completed and monitor actions needed to be done.

Is there is a webservice for these notifications that can be used to pushed int their portal?
