Clarification on RBS Clean-Up and Impact of Assigning New RBS to Existing Projects

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Hi Team,

As part of the ongoing RBS clean-up initiative, we are in the process of removing inactive users and those associated with different engines. However, we are encountering some challenges during this process.

Specifically, when we delete a resource, the associated unplanned resources are also being removed. This causes the costs to roll up to the job level in the Resource Format. If the job is inactive or not present in the RBS, the unplanned costs are instead rolled up to the Expenditure Type level. The issue here is that this behavior is increasing the planned cost, as all resources assigned to tasks with that expenditure type are affected. I have already raised an SR to address this concern.

Howdy, Stranger!
