Skip Essbase version 21.7.xx in 25.11

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Until last month, we have been advised in 25.09 that we can continue using Essbase 11.1.2.4x version if all our EPM environments are in same version. Therefore, we plan to continue with the same until year end.This month, we suddenly received email that all our EPM instances will be upgraded to Essbase 21.7.xx with 25.11 monthly update. We don't want to upgrade our instances during year end. Can this Essbase upgrade be skipped until next year without impacting EPM Monthly updates.

What are the changes in this version so we can assess the impact.
